Cookie Policy
Version 1.2 · Effective 25 September 2026 · Operated by Dutch Aviation Services Sp. z o.o. (90-369 Łódź, Poland)
This Cookie Policy explains how FlyInPoland uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on flyinpoland.com.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit, so the site can recognise your browser on a return visit, remember preferences, or measure usage. "Cookie" in this Policy also covers similar technologies such as local-storage entries, pixel tags, and device fingerprints.
2. Which cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
fip_consent (browser local storage) |
Records separate analytics, advertising and chat choices, the time, and the current purpose/configuration version | Strictly necessary | 12 months |
| Session cookie (technical) | Maintains a form-submission session, security tokens | Strictly necessary | Session (cleared when browser closes) |
Access to or storage of information on your device requires prior information and consent under Article 399(1) of the Act of 12 July 2024 - Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (Dz.U. 2024 poz. 1221), unless the limited exception in Article 399(3)(2) applies. The choice record and technical session storage above are used without optional consent; analytics, advertising and chat storage are not.
3. Optional technologies - only with your consent
Analytics and advertising identifiers are not currently configured, so those services do not load. Chat is available only after specific chat consent. It may then store the following:
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
msgsndr_id | Avantwerk (our website platform) | Persistent visitor identifier used by the chat service | 12 months |
| Session and chat entries (browser local storage) | Avantwerk (our website platform) | Keeps chat session and history data, including pages visited and unsent chat text | Until you clear your site data |
Accept all enables analytics, advertising and chat; Essential only enables none; Manage choices controls them separately. Adding a currently empty analytics or advertising identifier changes the purpose/configuration version, so an earlier choice cannot activate it.
4. Managing your cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings (block all, block third-party, delete on close). Disabling strictly-necessary cookies may affect site functionality (for example, the contact form may not submit correctly).
Major browser controls:
5. Consent withdrawal
Use the persistent Cookie settings control on any page to change or withdraw a choice. On withdrawal, the website updates Google Consent Mode to denied where applicable, removes controllable first-party analytics, advertising and chat storage, and reloads the page to stop running optional tags. Browser controls remain available for storage the website cannot remove.
6. Contact

7. Changes to this Policy
Version 1.2, effective 25 September 2026. This version separates analytics, advertising and chat choices; records the current purpose and service configuration; discloses chat storage; and keeps Cookie settings available for withdrawal or adjustment.
