1. Scope

These Terms apply to any individual or organisation that:

  • Visits the flyinpoland.com website;
  • Submits an enquiry or assessment form;
  • Purchases any service we offer; or
  • Receives services from us under a separate written agreement (which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict).

2. Services

We provide pilot training and related coaching across the six-stage modular 0–ATPL pathway, under EASA Part-FCL standards.

Specific service descriptions, deliverables, durations, and prices are set out on our website and/or in the individual order confirmation we issue upon a purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

The module figures shown on this website are indicative planning estimates in EUR. They are not a firm offer, invoice, or payment instruction. The final quotation and signed training agreement set the scope, final price, applicable tax treatment, payment schedule, and third-party charges.

Payment per module. The programme is delivered as separate modules. Payment for a module falls due at the start of that module; you are not required to pay for the whole programme in advance. Each module is contracted on the written quotation and training agreement applicable to it.

No charge for modules not started. If you decide not to continue after completing a module, no cancellation fee, penalty or other charge is payable in respect of modules that have not started. Amounts already paid for a module that has started are dealt with under section 4.

Changing training organisation. After completing a module you may continue your next module with another EASA-approved training organisation within our network, and we will not charge a transfer fee for doing so. Availability, scheduling and the receiving organisation's own terms and prices apply, and any fees charged by a third party are not covered by this clause.

Pausing. You may pause between modules. A pause does not extend any validity period set by law, an authority, an examination result or a third-party provider, and prices current at the time you start a later module apply.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer (SEPA/IBAN) to our account at ING Bank Śląski S.A. Online card payment is being added; once active, this section will be amended.

Services commence after payment has been received in our account. Where a service involves third-party platform access (for example, an external psychometric platform), access credentials are issued only after payment confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Consumer right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827), you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason, by sending a written withdrawal notice to [email protected].

Loss of withdrawal right. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the service has been fully performed with your express prior consent, or where you have been informed that you will lose the right to withdraw once the service has begun. This includes, in particular, the issuance of access credentials to any third-party assessment platform and completion of the online assessment.

Cancellation by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, prior unresolved disputes, or where we are unable to perform the service for reasons beyond our control. Any payment received in such a case is refunded in full within 14 days.
