What to include in your request:

  • Which right you are exercising (one or more from the list above);
  • What data your request concerns (e.g. "all data you hold about me", or a specific aspect);
  • If you are requesting erasure or restriction, the reason (helps us route correctly);

4. Special considerations for FlyInPoland services

Training records. Where you have undertaken pilot training with us, certain training records are retained under EASA Part-FCL and Polish aviation-authority requirements. Erasure of those records is not possible until the regulatory retention period expires (typically 5–10 years from completion). We document this in the response to any erasure request and we delete or anonymise everything that falls outside the regulatory minimum.

5. Supervisory authority

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority:

Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO)

ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland

Website: https://uodo.gov.pl

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
